1. About WBA247
We Buy Anything 24/7, also called WBA247, is a trading name of Automotive Mania Limited. Automotive Mania Limited is registered in England and Wales under company number 15858688. Its registered office is Unit 8, 50 James Road, Tyseley, Birmingham, England, B11 2BA.
WBA247 acts as the prospective principal buyer. We are not your broker, agent, auctioneer, marketplace, investment adviser or custodian. The service is for people aged 18 or over in the United Kingdom.
2. Scope
These Terms explain website use, enquiries and the conditional process that may lead to a separate Final Purchase Agreement. Category terms shown on an offer may add requirements for a particular asset. The exact version supplied with an offer applies to that offer.
Website copy does not override an identified offer, category condition or Final Purchase Agreement. A Final Purchase Agreement, if formed, will state the agreed asset, price, conditions, title, risk, possession, payment and completion rules.
3. Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry asks WBA247 to consider the information supplied. It is not a valuation, offer, contract, promise to buy, promise to respond or guarantee of any price or payment time. You do not have to proceed because you made an enquiry.
Online enquiries may be submitted 24/7. Staffed support hours are Monday to Saturday, 08:00–20:00, and Sunday, 10:00–18:00, UK time. These hours do not guarantee a response time and remain subject to the approved exception calendar.
4. Your information
Please provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and correct it if it changes. We may ask for proportionate evidence about identity, ownership or authority, provenance, finance or encumbrance, authenticity, condition or entitlement through an approved secure route.
Do not send passwords, PINs, authentication codes, bank-login details, private keys, seed or recovery phrases, wallet approvals, V750 or V778 security codes, V5C document numbers or unrequested identity documents through a public form or ordinary email.
We may be unable to continue if necessary information cannot be verified. A review or hold is neutral and does not, by itself, accuse anyone of wrongdoing.
5. Conditional offers
If WBA247 issues a conditional offer, it will identify the asset, amount and currency, version, issue and expiry time, main assumptions and conditions, and the applicable Terms. It is a proposal to continue the process, not the Final Purchase Agreement, and does not guarantee payment or acquisition.
An expired offer cannot be confirmed. Any extension must be explicit and recorded.
6. Confirming that you wish to progress
The offer page may let you confirm that you wish to progress on one exact offer version. Viewing an offer, silence or inactivity does not count.
Confirming to progress records your choice and creates the next state: Purchase Call Required. It does not itself form the Final Purchase Agreement, trigger payment, transfer title or risk, book an inspection or collection, or complete an acquisition.
7. Purchase Call
A Purchase Call is a pre-booked human call, normally lasting 15 minutes, used to confirm the proposed transaction and prepare further verification or logistics. Calls take place during staffed hours and are not recorded at launch.
There is no WBA247 cancellation or no-show fee at launch. Booking or completing a call does not mean payment, inspection, collection or purchase has occurred.
8. Verification and revised offers
Progress may depend on proportionate checks of identity, authority, asset identity, condition, history, mileage, weight, purity, authenticity, provenance, finance, entitlement and transfer readiness.
If a verified material fact differs from an earlier assumption, WBA247 will not rewrite the historical offer. It may issue a new immutable conditional-offer version explaining the objective reason, amount, conditions and expiry. You may decline it without a WBA247 fee or penalty, and an earlier confirmation does not apply to the new version.
Material or destructive testing requires separate informed agreement. Custody, movement, inspection, testing, insurance and return arrangements must be explained and agreed through the activated category process before they happen.
9. Final Purchase Agreement
No purchase contract is formed at enquiry, initial assessment, information request, conditional offer, confirmation to progress or Purchase Call. A purchase contract can arise only through the later Final Purchase Agreement using the approved agreement method after the required checks. That agreement must identify the parties, asset, final price, conditions, payment, possession, title and risk rules.
10. Payment and completion
WBA247 does not pay cash. Any activated purchase uses a verified bank-transfer route with the required payment authority and checks. We do not promise instant, same-day or fixed-time payment.
Payment instruction is not payment confirmation. Payment confirmation alone does not complete an acquisition unless the applicable Final Purchase Agreement, title or entitlement, possession or control, and category evidence are also complete.
For a financed vehicle, any activated process requires independent lender and settlement verification; a customer-supplied figure alone is not enough.
11. Declining or stopping
You may decline an enquiry outcome or a conditional or revised offer. You may withdraw before the Final Purchase Agreement without a WBA247 fee. Rights and responsibilities after a Final Purchase Agreement, testing or custody begins will be stated in the approved agreement and category terms.
WBA247 may pause, decline or withdraw before the binding agreement for an expired offer, material mistake or discrepancy, failed verification, title or finance issue, legal or regulatory risk, suspected prohibited asset, or absence of a competent or safe purchase route. We will communicate the practical effect fairly and preserve the historical record.
12. Category boundaries
Cars, premium Watches, Gold and Jewellery, Private Registrations and selected Other Assets are considered individually and only where an approved capability exists. Listing a category or brand does not guarantee interest, authentication, valuation, offer or purchase.
Property is not a standard acquisition category and may only be routed at a high level under Other Assets.
Crypto transactions are not available. WBA247 does not make Crypto offers, trade, arrange, custody, exchange, connect wallets or settle Crypto transactions. Do not send wallet credentials or secrets. WBA247 does not provide investment, tax or legal advice.
13. Restricted assets
We may decline an item or refer it for specialist consideration that may be counterfeit, stolen, illegal, restricted, sanctioned, disputed, unsafe, unverifiable or outside our competence. Any communication will use neutral factual language unless authorised evidence supports a more specific statement.
14. Privacy, communications and complaints
Our Privacy Notice explains how we use personal information. Our Cookies and Similar Technologies Policy explains the launch technology position. Service messages are not marketing and an enquiry does not give general marketing permission.

15. Liability and legal rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or rights where doing so would be unlawful. The final approved transaction Terms must address custody, testing, loss or damage, return, foreseeable loss, non-excludable liability, governing law and jurisdiction fairly for the activated category.
